1. Requirements for Map Submission – Gulberg Green
The following documents are required for submitting a building map in Gulberg Green:
1. Allotment Letter
2. Possession Letter
3. Owner's CNIC Copy
4. Soil Test Report
2. Map Fee for Gulberg Green
The map fee consists of three components and is calculated according to the covered area in square feet:
1. CDA Fee: Rs. 6 per square foot
2. Society Service Charges: Rs. 10 per square foot
3. Society Fee: Rs. 3 per square foot
Total Map Fee: Rs. 19 per square foot of covered area
Formula: Total Fee = Covered Area × Rs. 19 per sq. ft.
